DEVELOPING INNOVATIVE STRATEGIES FOR

Strategic Management & Consulting, LLC was born out of a combined 75+ years of experience in EMS and Fire Services, through the co-founding Principals Dana Sechler and Dan Williams.

 

From speaking at Public Safety conferences, to mediating contractual agreements between municipal agencies and their unions, to being asked for EMS operational advice, it became apparent that Fire and EMS agencies need help.

Both Founding Principals have worked for the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services EMS Office, in positions that placed them in front of over 750 EMS and Fire Departments. Many of the tasks performed were to provide technical and managerial support, determining EMS service levels, investigating complaints, performing system reviews and investigations, personnel assessments, and much more. Obviously, this activity led to meeting and having relationships with virtually everyone that is active in EMS and the Fire service in the State of Wisconsin.

Dana Sechler and Dan Williams have also created a course curriculum for EMS & Fire Management and Leadership--and subsequently are conducting numerous courses across the State (on behalf of the Wisconsin Office of Rural Health) using that curriculum.

A number of Studies and implementation strategies have been performed by Strategic Management & Consulting, LLC for EMS & Fire Agencies across the Midwest.  Clients have ranged from single entity agencies, to municipalities, to County-wide Services (multiple agencies within the County).  Please reference our "Clients" page, to see a list of some of the Services that we have assisted.
